Alamo Heights · Residential Bioswale (Operating) — A 2025 installation on a residential site, built to solve street flooding and stagnation: a 13-foot bioswale alleviating 2,172 sq ft and absorbing roughly 200 gallons per hour of street drainage. Limestone-armored and native-planted (muhly grass, lindheimer, persimmon and prickly pear in the food line). Documented design + install + planting palette in the Source library.
Towne Twin Village · HFCC Partnership — In partnership with Housing First Community Coalition. Three recirculating fountains that reclaim water, clean it with biochar and lime, and return it; powered by a single 100-watt off-grid solar system that also runs the filtration; limestone-edged bioswale and native habitat for residents. ~200 hours, pro bono. Near complete (biochar-filter install).
