Do you self-perform or subcontract?

Both. Earthworks, hydrology, and signature ecological infrastructure are self-performed or led by Noon. Specialty trades (masonry, irrigation electronics, off-grid electrical) are coordinated through trusted Exchange partners under Noon supervision.

Can you build from a plan made elsewhere?

In many cases yes. We review the plan, walk the property, and confirm what we can build under it. Some plans require revisions before they are buildable.

How long does a typical build take?

Single bioswale: one to two weeks. Estate-scale ecological infrastructure: months to a year, phased. We commit to clear timelines per phase.

Are you licensed and insured?

Noon Systems Corporation carries general liability. Specialty trade work is performed under appropriately licensed Exchange partners. Documentation provided on contract.
