Who we are

Noon Bio is operated by Noon Systems Corporation, a Texas Public Benefit Corporation based in San Antonio, Texas. We provide ecological landscape services — organic pest treatment, native landscape design, drainage, rainwater harvesting — across the Texas Hill Country.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us — name, email, phone, property address — when you book a Site Read, request our audit checklist, or fill out any form on this site.
• Property details you share — what you tell us about your yard, your pest situation, your goals — so we can do the work you asked about.
• Booking information — appointment times and scheduling details, handled through Cal.com.
• Usage data — pages visited, buttons clicked, approximate location, device type — via Google Analytics and similar tools. This helps us understand which pages are useful.

What we do with it

• Respond to your inquiry and deliver services you've requested.
• Send you the resources you signed up for (like the mosquito audit checklist).
• Send occasional field notes by email — typically one every other month — if you opted in. Every email includes a working unsubscribe link.
• Understand which pages are useful and improve the site.

What we will never do

• Sell your data. Ever. To anyone.
• Send you spam or daily promotional blasts.
• Share your contact information with other businesses for their marketing.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how this site is used — which pages are read, which links are followed. It may set cookies and collect device identifiers. We do not use the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel, and we do not share your information with Meta or any other advertising network.

You can limit this with browser-level controls like content blockers and the Global Privacy Control signal, or with Google's Analytics opt-out.

Who else touches your data

We use a small set of service providers to run this site, each only seeing what they need to do their job:

• Netlify — website hosting and form/lead storage
• Cal.com — appointment scheduling
• Google Workspace — email
• Meta — advertising measurement (as described above)
• Anthropic — AI assistance for drafting our responses to inquiries (your inquiry text may be processed; it is not used to train AI models under our service agreement)

How long we keep it

Lead and client records are retained while we have an active relationship and for a reasonable period after, for bookkeeping and follow-up. If you ask us to delete your information, we will — see below.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe — every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. One click, you're out.
• Access or delete — email us and we'll send you what we have on file, correct it, or delete it.
• Texas residents — under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act you have rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of targeted advertising. Email us to exercise any of these.

Children

This site is for property owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we materially change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Significant changes affecting how we use existing data will be flagged to affected contacts by email.
