If you give Noon your mobile number and agree to receive texts, Noon uses it only to text you about your project and, if you chose it, seasonal notices. Mobile numbers and text-message consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

This site uses Google Analytics to see which pages are read. It may set cookies and collect device identifiers. Since October 19, 2026 it also runs the Meta pixel, so Noon can measure its ads on Facebook and Instagram and show them to people who have visited this site. Meta may set cookies and receive information about your visit, under Meta’s own privacy policy. Your name, email and phone from a form on this site are not sent to Meta. You can limit both with a content blocker, the Global Privacy Control signal, Google’s opt-out, your ad preferences on Facebook or Instagram, or optout.aboutads.info.

A small set of services run this site, each seeing only what it needs: Netlify hosts the site and holds what the forms receive; Google Workspace carries email; Google Analytics counts pages read; Meta measures Noon’s ads, and hosts the forms on Noon’s Facebook and Instagram ads: it checks the phone number with a text code and passes the answers to Noon; Pushcut carries a new lead’s first name, ZIP code and phone to Noon’s phone; Anthropic provides AI assistance in drafting replies to inquiries, so the text of an inquiry may be processed, and under the service agreement it is not used to train models. A reply is read and sent by a person.

Lead and client records are kept while there is work between us and for a reasonable period after, for bookkeeping. Ask, and what we hold on you is sent to you, corrected, or deleted.

Every seasonal notice by email carries an unsubscribe link, and STOP ends the texts. Email hello@noon.bio to see, correct or delete what we hold. Texas residents have the right under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act to access, correct and delete their data and to opt out of targeted advertising; the same email exercises any of them.

This site is for property owners and the people who commission work, and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

When this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes with it, and anyone whose existing data is affected is told by email.
