What Crew Does

Noon crew members install biological optimization infrastructure across San Antonio and the Hill Country. Dispatched by SMS. Paid by the job. Training provided.

  • Install water capture and distribution systems
  • Build bioswale channels and drainage infrastructure
  • Plant foraging loops and food systems
  • Construct microbiome contact surfaces and barefoot pathways
  • Maintain existing Noon installations

Pay Structure

  • Paid per job — not hourly. Typical jobs: $150–$400/day
  • SMS dispatch — accept jobs that fit your schedule
  • No minimum hours. No lock-in contracts
  • Tools and materials provided on-site
Average crew member: 3–4 jobs/week

Path to Certification

  • Complete 20 installations → eligible for Deployer license
  • Deployer license: run your own jobs under Noon certification
  • Access ARBiter AI for site intelligence and proposals
  • Earn contractor-level revenue ($2,500–$15,000/project)
