Noon Diplomats

Know someone who wants something built?

Send them to Noon. Introduce Noon with your link or your name; Noon meets them, designs, quotes and builds.

The terms

Who: Anyone 18 or older: students from Open Studio, past clients, realtors, interior designers, pool builders, property managers, nursery staff.
What you do: Introduce Noon, with your diplomat link or your name. Noon meets them, designs, quotes and builds. Don’t promise prices, dates or designs.
What you earn: 5% of the first signed contract for each new client you send, paid within 14 days after their deposit clears. If the job is cancelled before work starts and the deposit is returned, no fee is owed.
What your friend gets: The Site Read free, ninety minutes on the ground with a written summary (normally $300).
Who counts: A new client who names you, or uses your link, before their first meeting with Noon, and who wasn’t already talking with Noon. If two diplomats name the same client, the first one named counts.
Gear: Noon gear when your first client signs.
Taught, free: Every diplomat is welcome at Open Studio, Tuesdays, drop in 4 to 6 PM, the lesson at 4:30.
When you post about Noon: Say you earn a referral fee ("I’m a Noon Diplomat and earn a referral fee"). On social media, use the paid-partnership label or #ad.
What it isn't: A job. There are no hours, no quotas, no fee to join and no pay for signing up other diplomats. You choose your own time and way.
Paperwork: Noon asks for a W-9 before the first payment. Fees are non-employee income.
Ending it: Either side can stop at any time. Fees already earned are still paid.
