Social and Outreach Creator
Noon designs and builds fountains, courtyards and planted grounds in cast concrete, limestone and Texas natives, and runs community land days, where volunteers plant beside the people who live there. We need someone to tell that story every week and bring people to it.
- Location
- San Antonio, TX. Mostly remote, on site for shoots and land days.
- Pay
- $15 to $20 an hour, by skill
- Type
- Part-time, 8 to 20 hours a week.
01What you'll do
- Post Noon's work on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts from the field footage, on a weekly plan
- Write captions in Noon's voice, answer comments and messages, and pass leads to the studio
- Set up collabs with local creators, schools and community groups
- Spread the word for land days: posts, flyers, campus boards, sign-ups
- Read the numbers each week and say what to make more of
02What we're looking for
- Accounts you have grown or run, your own or someone else's
- CapCut, Premiere or similar; Canva or Adobe a plus
- Clear writing, good taste, and the nerve to message people you don't know
- Works from a short list without being chased
- Spanish is a plus
