How long does a plan take?
Most plans land in three to six weeks depending on scope. Hydrology-heavy plans may require additional time for site monitoring. We share progress checkpoints throughout.
What does a plan deliver?
A written document with site mapping, system diagrams, planting strategy, phased build sequence, and budget ranges per phase. Plans are designed to be implementable in stages.
Do I have to build with Noon if Noon plans?
No. Plans are designed to be portable. You can use them with any qualified contractor. We are happy to refer trusted Exchange partners or build select phases ourselves.
Can the plan be revised after work begins?
Yes. Plans are living documents. We update them as the property responds to early phases. That is part of the Stewardship relationship.
