What does a stewardship retainer cover?
Monthly or seasonal property reviews, vendor coordination, partner referrals, and ongoing advising. Retainers are sized to the property: a single-acre residential lot differs from a multi-parcel estate.
Can you steward a property Noon did not build?
Yes. We start with a fresh Resource Intelligence Assessment, then enter the stewardship rhythm.
What is the minimum commitment?
One year. Properties operate on annual seasonal cycles; less than a year does not give the relationship enough room to be useful.
Can I leave?
Of course. Stewardship is a relationship, not a contract trap. Properties evolve and so do priorities.
