Do I need to be on the property during the assessment?
Yes whenever possible. Walking the property with you surfaces context — what you have noticed, what you have tried, what you are imagining. If the property is remote we can still complete an assessment from documentation, drone footage, and your photos.
How long does an assessment take?
Sixty to ninety minutes on the ground for a typical residential property. Larger properties, multi-parcel sites, or estates take longer. We send the written summary within two business days.
What if I already have a landscape designer?
Noon often works upstream of designers. We provide resource intelligence: drainage, water movement, soil, opportunity. Your designer or builder uses that intelligence to make better decisions.
What if I just want a quote for landscaping?
Noon does not quote landscaping. Noon assesses the property as a system. If you only want a price for sod and shrubs, a generalist landscaper is the right call.
